Ray is
a co-founder of the firm. He graduated from Angelo State University with an
accounting degree in 1969. Prior to establishing the firm in 1989, Ray was
a partner in the Combellick Firms. Ray holds CPA licenses in Colorado,
Nebraska, and Wyoming.
Ray’s areas of specific
interest include governmental, not for profit, broker-dealer and general
accounting and audit and tax services. |

| |

|
Dick is a co-founder of the firm. He
graduated from the University of Denver and began full time with the firm he
interned with, where he served in audit capacities. Dick also worked for
the Combellick Firms as a manager, then partner. He was also the chief
financial officer and president for a computer paper manufacturing company.
Dick’s areas of emphasis are accounting, tax
and auditing services for SEC and privately owned businesses. |

Stacey, the firm’s senior
auditor, graduated from California Lutheran University with an accounting
degree in 1995. Prior to working for the firm, Stacey was a staff
accountant in Beverly Hills, California.
Stacey’s
areas of emphasis are audits, reviews, compilation of financial statements
and tax preparation for governmental and not-for-profit entities. |

Nick Warnick, Audit Manager |

Nick, the firm’s audit
manager, comes to our firm after substantial time with an international accounting firm where
he was a Manager. He was most recently with Western Union, where he was a Senior Manager of the
internal Audit team.

Timothy
A. Ahopelto, CPA |

|
Timothy, the firm’s staff accountant,
graduated Cum Laude, Deans List from the University of Arizona with a B.S.
in Business Administration and Accounting in 1995. He began as a staff
accountant and worked in that capacity for several firms before taking an
auditor position with the firm.
Timothy’s areas of emphasis are accounting, tax and auditing services for SEC and privately owned businesses. |
